Return Policy
We want you to feel confident with every order. Here is how returns and refunds work at KAMA-YU.
1. Return eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to the nature of wellness and consumable goods.
2. How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact our support team at support@kamayu.in with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and, if approved, share the return instructions and shipping address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-returnable items
Opened or partially used supplements, products without original packaging, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
